Q. Where and when is SAAS NORTH 2026 taking place?
Q. How much is parking at the Shaw Centre Ottawa?
A. The parking nearest to Rogers Centre is a 2-storey underground facility providing 730 spaces. It is a fully staffed facility with two entrances located on Daly Avenue and Nicholas Street South. The three exits are located on Nicholas Street South. Entry points to both the Rogers Centre and the Rideau Centre shopping complex are located on both levels on the north and west walls. There are four handicap spaces per level located on the north wall near the Rideau Centre entrances. Parking is approx. $20/day (12hrs). There are also alternative parking lots close by which may have competitive parking rates.

Q. What is included in my ticket?
A. Full Access to Keynote and Breakout Sessions, Happy Hours and Networking Events, Full App Access, access to Investor Zone and Matchmaking Tool, breakfast, lunch, coffee, smoothies, snacks, drinks, and bites at the parties.
Q. Will I be able to schedule meetings with other attendees?
A. If you are a tech executive or investor with an event ticket, you will be granted access to our Investor Matchmaking Tool which will help you curate a list of people you should meet with. In addition, all attendees will be given access to the event app with a list of attendees they can connect with.
Tickets and Refunds
Q. What happens if I can no longer make the conference?
A. For purchase dates until September 24th, 2026, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to an administrative fee of 25%. Requests must be made in writing and sent to accounting@cubebusinessmedia.com.
Alternatively, you may defer your ticket to the following year at no charge before September 24th. After this date, deferrals are permitted with a 25% administrative fee. Ticket transfers to another attendee (within the same company) are allowed at any time at no charge.
We regret that cancellations and refunds are not permitted after September 24th, 2026. Discount codes cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets.
Q. I have already purchased 1-2 tech executive tickets, and would like to add more. How can I get the group rate?

and we will process this order for you at the discounted group ticket price.

A. The PitchFest will happen in-person at SAAS NORTH in Ottawa, November 4-5, 2026. The Grand Finale will take place at the end of Day 2.

Q. I am a startup or student who can’t afford a full ticket. Do you have any discounted programs available?
A. Yes we do! Here are your options:
- Option 1: Women in SaaS Program – If you are a female founder leading the charge in your SaaS startup, you may be eligible for our discounted pass.
- Option 2: Volunteer! Several of our past volunteers have gotten their first job in SaaS with a company they met here at SAAS NORTH.
